California Consumer Privacy Act and Employees

Due to a new law (the California Consumer Privacy Act, or CCPA), certain employers in California are required to provide workers with notice of what data they are collecting on them; how they are using it; and whom they share it with, by January 1st, 2020. This notification applies to job applicants, too.

Have YOU received notification from your employer about the data it collects about employees? Tell us more in this quick form -- and share any questions or concerns you may have related to these issues.

If you are interested in connecting further with a Coworker.org staff member about these issues, you'll see options to indicate that below.
